At KonQuest, Vimal leads and manages end to end processes for Back office operations of Tele Sales Quality Audit, Finance & Accounts and Document Management. Prior to joining KonQuest, Vimal was handing relationship management amongst the 1000+ network partners of the biggest national depository. He brings with him a wealth of over 12 years of rich experience and specialises in building digitised workflows, SLA’s and IT solution deployment and delivery of TAT within multiple stakeholders.

He has an extensive track-record in driving sustainable business growth, spearheading strategic transformation, and establishing effective business governance regimes, at country, region and global leadership levels. Vineet has a well-honed, repertoire of multi-functional skills across strategy & execution, sales & marketing, business growth & risk control.
He is currently engaged in management consulting, offering People, Strategy and M & A advisory services to FIs, around Asia, while pursuing a passion to nurture a Digital Multi-Family Office startup targeting the multi-banked individual.
Vineet, is a CFA charter holder, with an MBA from IIM Calcutta and degree in Engineering from NIT Rourkela. A Singapore national, he is a member of the CFA Institute USA and CFA Society Singapore, besides being a regular speaker and contributor to industry advocacy and development efforts.

Principal investments include over $20 billion of origination, acquisition and structured disposition in cash and synthetic form of performing and non-performing financial assets. M & A experience includes over $100 billion of buy-side and sell-side advisory, US and cross-border transactions, strategic investments and divestments, joint ventures, restructurings, buyouts, and distressed asset transactions.
Amit is a partner at a New York City based fintech incubator where he has raised over $500 million in debt and early stage equity capital in support of portfolio companies. He is passionate about the fintech opportunity and serves as advisor and board member to fintech companies across the world.

Amit has an MBA from Stern School of Business (NYU) where he was Dean Scholar and Stern Scholar. Amit has a BTech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai.

The products built were primarily in the banking, lending, and payments space. Key member of the Strategy team at Nucleus Software which transformed a projects company to a products company. Conceptualised and built the global leader “FinnOne” and matured it over the years. As technology head was an integral part of the Nokia Money Management team which built the Nokia Money platform which was India’s first mobile payments platform. Built payments platform which supported the micro payments in both offline and online ecosystem. Payment’s solution built powered transportation, tolling and self-help groups business needs with special emphasis on micro payments. Architected and built the solution to automate the post trading settlement process for BSE Clearing House. A pioneering effort in the late 80’s. Architected and built core banking solution for Bank of India. which was deployed in multiple branches across India. Co-founded Bharoasa a start-up with the objective of democratizing investments in mutual funds and other assets. Co-founded Kochikar Technologies a start up, based out of Mangalore which aims to build platform businesses. Forte has been to build strong organizational units from ground zero and bring in the right talent nurturing them and creating a strong motivated work force. As a thought leader have been a speaker at BFSI conferences and webinars. A unique work experience of working with startups, MNCs, private and public sector companies domestic and international work experience. Established the US subsidiary of an Indian listed company.
